What Makes Us Different
Having the knowledge from the building industry in Germany since 1993, I have learnt the do's & the don'ts. As a caring Mum, who had 15 years ago, 2 little 5 years old, who suffered from colds, Asthma, consistent medications, prescriptions every winter. My mission is to change that, because it shouldn't be privilege to live in a healthy home. It's necessity for New Zealand's families. I am an active listener to understand what you are looking for.

We dream about homes from when we are quite small. The door, the path, the garden, perhaps the kitchen – then it gets a little vague. As adults it gains structure and solidity – fueled by what we watch and read. We want light. We want warmth. We want that sink we saw on an architecture blog. We check out Pinterest – a lot. But we are also aware of the need to balance those with down-to-earth priorities; like cost, the environment and our future. At CoolSpaces our goal is to realize those dreams.
